What is the cancellation policy for the Food and Wine Pairing Tour?
We strive to provide the highest quality Food and Wine Pairing experience. Because our planning
involves curated tastings and pre-scheduled staffing, the following tiered cancellation policy applies
to all bookings:

14 days or more notice: Full refund of the booking total, minus a 3% non-refundable
administrative and processing fee.
14 to 8 days notice: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
7 to 3 days notice: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
2 days (48 hours) or less notice: No refunds will be issued; 100% cancellation fee applies.
Note: The 3% administrative fee covers non-recoverable transaction costs and booking software
fees incurred at the time of your reservation.
